Mineral Separation &  Grind:

Selecting the bentonite with good quality, good color and purity as the raw material. Then, grinding the selected bentonite material to fine, to make the particles more delicate and increase its surface area.

Expansion:

Put the fine bentonite material into a high temperature furnace for expansion. Under high temperature and pressure, bentonite begins to expand and form aqueous particles.

Additives:

Add an appropriate amount of deodorant, antiseptic agent and essence as needed, and stir evenly to enhance the deodorant effect, keep the litter box clean, and enhance its aroma.

Packaging &  Quality Inspection: 

Packaging the mixed cat litter well. Pay more attention to the leakproofness, to keep it from getting soggy.
